Certified Nursing Assistant
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of 4 Sisters Solutions, a case management organization dedicated to building healing relationships and expertly navigating families to permanency. This role will provide a professional experience for our clients who must submit to random drug screening.
Contractor will travel among professional locations in Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, and Taylor counties based on schedule.
Scope of Work
Contractor shall perform all Services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and any other relevant regulatory agencies. Specifically, the contractor will:
Schedule and identify locations weekly for clients requiring a random drug screen.
Travel to designated location(s) to collect specimens.
Collect urine specimens in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all collections.
Ensure proper chain of custody documentation for all specimens.
Transport or ship specimens to the designated laboratory in a timely manner when required.
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy requirements.
Required Education/Training/Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant Credential, current and in good standing.

Job Type: Independent Contract
Rate: $45-$65 per screen based on experience.
